Adoption Process
If you consider yourself to be a good candidate for giving one of our beloved kittens a loving, lifetime home, then the next step is to apply to be added to our waitlist. You can do this by filling out the form on the page titled "Waitlist".
If you join our waitlist today, we estimate that you may be offered a kitten 2-6 months from now, depending on how restrictive your preferences are (colour, gender, etc).
Upon application approval, we require a $200 deposit per waitlist spot you would like to reserve. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This helps us limit our relationships to seriously interested buyers only. If you prefer to go on the list without a deposit you will be contacted after the people who pay the deposit, in the date order the request was received (if there are still kittens available).
The Purebred Himalayan Kittens are $700 each. The Ragdoll/Himalayan Cross Kittens are $600 each.
We send photos of the available kittens to families on our waitlist when they are about 4 to 6 weeks of age. Kittens will be ready to go home between 8-10 weeks of age. The balance will be due by cash or email transfer when you pick up or we deliver your baby.
Your kitten will come with the following:
A health record administered by a licensed veterinarian
1 set of FVRCCP vaccinations
Dewormed
Kitten gift package: Royal Canin food samples, kitten's handbook, and bag
Enrolled in the Royal Canin Platinum Breeder Program

2 Himalayan Kittens Available For Adoption
We have 2 Himalayan kittens available for adoption. They are litter trained and come with their first set of shots, Royal Canin Platinum Kitten Care Pak which includes their favourite food, and other goodies to make the transition to their new home worry-free.
They have been raised in the house with our children and other cats. They are very tame, like to be held, and have a wonderful temperament.
They are $700 each. A $200 deposit will hold the kitten of your choice until it can be picked up or delivered. I will be coming to Saskatoon on Sunday, December 24th. Arrangements can be made to pick your kitten up then. They will be ready to go to their new forever homes…

Forrest Fringe Policies
We are a closed cattery that operates in our private home to protect the health of our cats and kittens. Without exception, we do not allow visitors. This is to ensure that the kittens are not exposed to any outside parasites or infectious illnesses that come in on visitors' shoes, clothing, and hands.
Ragdolls and Himalayans are indoor cats only. Purchasers must agree to keep the cat indoors.
Declawing is unacceptable under any circumstance.
We do not provide stud service.
No caging.
We DO NOT work with any agents or dealers.
The purchaser may NEVER resell our dolls to any pet store.
Ownership cannot be transferred without permission from Forrest Fringe Cattery. Contact us immediately if you can no longer keep the cat/kitten or would like to give it to another family for adoption. We will take them back or find them a suitable home if needed.
The best interest of our kittens is always our main priority. No kitten will be sold by us to any home that we do not 100% approve of. We want to make sure they go to homes where they will be loved and spoiled forever.
We reserve the right to sell our kittens only to approved homes. If we refuse the adoption of our kittens after a deposit has been paid, we will provide the reason and refund the deposit.
